Customers overview

Your managed customers and the customers that have set up your access to their Snow Atlas system are listed. When your access is enabled for a customer, computers, applications, and SaaS metrics show for that customer in the table, depending on what that customer is entitled to use. The licenses and usage metrics also appear for each customer. For more information on partner access, see Partner access.

All partner users can see the table with computer, application, and SaaS, and licenses and usage data for all customers that have enabled your access, but only authorized users can select the Customer name to open the customer details page which has additional metrics, as well as a Sign in link. The data in Licenses and usage, provides you with insight into your customers' licenses and consumption of Snow Atlas. This information can help you assess if your customers are making full use of their purchased licenses, and its visualization provides insights to where your customers might require additional products or services. Status

Refer to the table below for status descriptions for customers.

StatusDescription
SyncedThe customer has enabled your access, the last synchronization was successful, and all scanned computers have sent data within the last 7 days.
WarningThe customer has enabled your access and the last synchronization was successful, but at least one of the following is true:
  • A computer has not sent data during the last 7 days.
  • A denied application is installed.
Sync pendingThe customer has enabled your access but the synchronization for this customer has not run yet or is currently in progress. This can occur if the customer has been using SAM Core for less than 24 hours so no data existed for the customer when the synchronization ran last. In this case, no data is shown. If this status persists for over 24 hours, contact Flexera Support.
Access disabledYou do not currently have access to this customer's Snow Atlas system. In this case, no data is shown.
Your customer can grant you access to their Snow Atlas system using External access. For more information on access, see Partner access.

Computers

You can view additional computers data for each of your customers with a status of Synced or Warning. For more information about the columns relating to computers, see Computers: Reference.

If a customer is not entitled to use SAM Core, no data appears for Computers.

Applications

You can view additional applications data for each of your customers with a status of Synced or Warning. For more information about the columns relating to applications, see Applications: Reference.

If a customer is not entitled to use SAM Core, no data appears for Applications.

SaaS

You can view additional SaaS data for each of your customers with a status of Synced or Warning. For more information about the columns relating to SaaS, see SaaS: Reference.

If a customer is not entitled to use Snow SaaS Management, no data appears for SaaS.
