SaaS: Reference

Refer to the table below for field descriptions when you want to view SaaS details on the SaaS tab of either the Customers overview page or the customer details page.

SaaS

Refer to the table below for descriptions of the fields on the SaaS tabs.

Field label	Description
Active	The number of subscriptions for which the assigned users were active in the application within the last 30 days.
Discovery source	The source from which the subscription was discovered, for example, from one of the customer's SaaS connectors.
Expired	The number of subscriptions that have expired in the last 30 days.
Inactive	The number of subscriptions for which the assigned users were active in the application more than 30 days ago.
No activity	The number of subscriptions for which the assigned users have never been active in the application.
Not approved	The number of applications not marked as managed and approved for use by the customer's security organization.
Not monitored	The number of subscriptions for which user activity cannot be monitored for the application.
Purchased	The number of subscription units purchased.
Status	The status of the subscription: Active, Expires soon, or Expired. The status shows Expires soon when the subscription will expire within 30 days.
Subscription	The name of the subscription.
Total applications	The total number of applications, either discovered or manually added.
Total subscriptions	The total number of subscriptions.
Unassigned	The number of subscriptions that are not assigned to a user.
Vendor	The vendor of the application from which the subscription was purchased.
