Applications: Reference
Refer to the table below for field descriptions when you want to view application details on the Applications tab of either the Customers overview page or the customer details page.

Applications
Refer to the table below for descriptions of the fields on the Applications tabs.
| Field label | Description |
|---|---|
| Active users | The number of users that have been active in the application within the last 30 days. |
| Application name | The name of the application. |
| Cloud applications | The unique Software as a Service applications which have been identified. |
| Denied application (Applications tab) | Yes if the application is denied; otherwise No. |
| Denied applications (Customers overview) | The unique installed applications which are not permitted by the customer. |
| EOES | The applications which have a support status of end of extended service. |
| EOL | The applications which have a support status of end of life. |
| EOS | The applications which have a support status of end of service. |
| Inactive users | The number of users that were last active in the application more than 30 days ago. |
| Installations | The total number of installations for the application. |
| Installed applications | The unique applications which have been installed. |
| Manufacturer | The manufacturer of the application. |
| Status | OK if the support is active and the application is not denied; otherwise Warning. |
| Support | The support status for the application. Examples of support are Active, EOS, EOES, and EOL. |
| Total applications | The total number of unique applications which have been identified. |
| Unused applications | The applications which have not been used for at least seven days. |
