Partner Service Layer

Snow Atlas is a cloud-native technology intelligence platform providing Snow products as SaaS solutions.

The platform is built as a multi-tenant system where each customer system is a tenant and partners are provided with specific systems from which you can manage your users, access your customers' system, and find additional tools and views to help you provide your customers with the services they require.

Customers overview provides visibility and insight into the state of each of your customers' Snow Atlas systems and indicates if they may require your assistance.

Partner access allows you to sign in to your customers' Snow Atlas system so that you can provide the services and assistance that they require.

Package Builder is also available to partners so that you can create packages for your customers. For more information, see Package Builder.
