Manage Cloud license management connectors

Learn how to manage Cloud license management connectors.

Add connectors

  1. On the Settings menu, under Cloud settings, select Cloud connectors.

  2. Select Add connector.

For information on retrieving the Microsoft Entra ID values required to set up the connector, see Set up Cloud license management connectors.

Edit connectors

Edit the name, settings, and data import schedule for your connectors.

  1. On the Cloud connectors page, select the connector you want to edit.

  2. On the Actions menu, select Edit.

  3. Modify the applicable fields, and then select Save.

Delete connectors

Delete one or multiple Cloud license management connectors. All historical data retrieved by the deleted connectors will be removed from Snow Atlas.

  1. On the Cloud connectors page, select the connectors you want to delete.

  2. On the Actions menu, select Delete.

  3. In the delete confirmation dialog, select Delete.

Test connections

Test the connection between Snow Atlas and Microsoft Entra ID to ensure the connector can retrieve data on your cloud inventory.

  1. On the Cloud connectors page, select the connector you want to test.

  2. On the Actions menu, select Test connection.

Run data import

You can manually import connector data. This will not impact the data import schedule you configured when setting up the connector.

  1. On the Cloud connectors page, select the connector for which you want to import data.

  2. On the Actions menu, select Run.
