Find values to set up Azure AD as SSO provider

Learn how to find your Azure Active Directory tenant ID and domain hint, to set up Azure Active Directory as your SSO provider in Snow Atlas.

Find Azure Active Directory tenant ID

You require the relevant Azure Active Directory (AD) tenant ID for your organization's Azure portal to configure your Azure AD single sign-on provider.

  1. Check that you have access to your organization's Microsoft Azure Portal.

    If you do not have access to the Azure portal, contact your IT administrator.

  2. To find your Azure Active Directory tenant ID, refer to the Microsoft Azure Active Directory documentation.

  3. Copy the Tenant ID provided for your Azure portal.

    You require the tenant ID that you copy to add an Azure AD provider. See Manage single sign-on providers.

Find the domain hint for Azure Active Directory

It is optional to add the domain hint when you configure your Azure AD single sign-on provider. For information on the advantages of adding a domain hint, refer to the Microsoft Azure Active Directory documentation.

  1. Check that you have access to your organization's Microsoft Azure Portal.

    If you do not have access to the Azure portal, contact your IT administrator.

  2. In the Microsoft Azure portal, navigate to Settings, and then Directories and Subscriptions.

  3. Copy the domain for the relevant directory.

    You enter the domain that you copy in Domain hint when you add an Azure AD provider. See Manage single sign-on providers.
