Manage users

Learn how to manage your users in SAM Core on Snow Atlas.

View users

For field descriptions, see Users: Reference.

  1. On the SAM Core menu, select Users.

  2. Find and select the user you want to view the details for. For information on how to filter, sort, and group the list of users, see Manage lists.

Export user information

You can export information from, for example, a list or a search result in the SAM Core user interface. Available file formats are CSV, PDF, XLS/XLSX, and XML.

  1. In a list or search result, select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page.

  2. Select Export, and then select your preferred file format for the export.
    The export will be available as a downloaded file in your web browser.

Edit users

You can edit a single user or several users at the same time.

  1. On the SAM Core menu, select Users.

  2. Find and select the user or users you want to edit. For information on how to filter, sort, and group the list of users, see Manage lists.

  3. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select Edit users.

  4. Add or edit the applicable information.

  5. Select Save.

tip

You can also edit a single user by selecting Edit user on the details page of the user.

Delete users

You can delete a single user or several users at the same time.

  1. On the SAM Core menu, select Users.

  2. Find and select the user or users you want to delete. For information on how to filter, sort, and group the list of users, see Manage lists.

  3. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select Edit users.

  4. On the details page of the users, select Delete.

  5. Select OK to confirm.
