Manage portals

Learn how to view and delete Microsoft 365 portals in SAM Core on Snow Atlas.

View portals​

  1. On the SAM Core menu, under Applications, select Microsoft 365.

  2. Select Portals.

    The table shows the Id and Name of the configured portals, and date and time of the Last import of data.

Delete portals​

To delete a portal, you must be assigned the Administrator role in Snow Atlas.

caution

A deleted portal cannot be restored. When you delete a portal, you also delete all information on costs and linked users.

  1. On the SAM Core menu, under Applications, select Microsoft 365.

    Select Portals.

  2. Select the delete icon on the row of the portal that you want to delete.

  3. In Delete portal, enter the name of the portal to confirm the deletion, and then select Delete.
