Clear temporary cache memory

In SAM Core on Snow Atlas, information on reports, lists, alerts, detail views, and graphs that you have accessed is stored in a memory cache as temporary files. The cache helps your browser to load the information faster.

To clear this cache, use the Clear temporary cache memory task on the Administration page.

note

All of the information that you have registered and saved in SAM Core will neither be removed nor changed when clearing the memory cache.
