Agreements: Reference

Refer to the tables below for field descriptions when you want to view the details of a specific agreement in SAM Core on Snow Atlas.

All of the described tabs are not visible for all agreement types.

Summary

The top of the agreement page shows general information on the agreement.

Field label	Description
Type	The type of the agreement.
Agreement number	The agreement number.
Total cost	The total cost for the licenses attached to the agreement including license cost, maintenance cost, and support cost. Select the arrow to see the cost breakdown.
Expiration date	The date when the agreement expires.
Renewal date	The date when the agreement must be renewed.

Sub-agreements

The Sub-agreements tab shows sub-agreements attached to the agreement, if any.

Field label	Description
Name	The name of the sub-agreement.
Agreement type	The type of the sub-agreement.
Agreement period	The time period when the agreement is valid.

Licenses

The Licenses tab shows licenses attached to the agreement.

Field label	Description
Application	The name of the application.
Purchase date	The purchase date of the license.
License information	The metric of the license.
Assignment type	The assignment type of the license.
Quantity	The number of licenses.
Total license cost	The total cost of the license.
Incomplete	Shows if the license is incomplete.

Computers/Mobile devices

The Computers/Mobile devices tab shows computers and mobile devices attached to the agreement.

Field label	Description
Name	The name of the computer or mobile device.
Organization	The organization node that the computer or mobile device belongs to.
Last scanned	The date of the most recent update of the reported data.
Last logon	The date when a user most recently signed in.

Objects

The Objects tab shows objects attached to the agreement, for example, mobile phones, printers, and monitors.

Field label	Description
Object type	The type of the object.
Organization	The organization node that the object belongs to.
Created	The creation date of the object.

Agreement periods

The Agreement periods tab shows start and end dates for the agreement.

Field label	Description
Valid from	The start date of the agreement.
Valid to	The end date of the agreement.

Settings

The Settings tab shows general settings for the agreement.

Field label	Description
Expiration date	The date when the agreement expires.
Renewal date	The date when the agreement must be renewed.
Upgrade rights	Shows if the agreement has upgrade rights (Yes/No).
Subscription agreement	Shows if the agreement is a subscription agreement (Yes/No).
Include in searches where license purchase date is outside of active period	Shows if the agreement will be visible when you want to search for and attach agreements to license purchases, even if the agreement period has expired or has not yet started at the time of the license purchase date (Yes/No).
Restricted organization access	Shows if the agreement is restricted to specific organizations (Yes/No).
Alerts activated	Shows if agreement alerts will appear before and on the expiration date (Yes/No).
Warning level (days)	The number of days before the expiration date that an agreement alert will appear as warning.
Critical level (days)	The number of days before the expiration date that an agreement alert will appear as critical.

Information

The Information tab shows general information on the agreement.

Field label	Description
Type	The type shows if the information is, for example, stored as a custom field. For more information, see Information types: Reference.
Name	The name of the information item.
Value	The corresponding value of the information item.

Description

The Description tab shows manually added information related to the agreement.

Documents

The Documents tab shows manually uploaded documents and links related to the agreement.

Field label	Description
Title	The title of the document or link.
Saved	The date when the document or link was added.
