Activity for Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud optimization requires collection of user activity in applications installed on devices.

Adobe offers some SaaS applications and services for Creative Cloud, but the majority of applications require installation on a device, such as a computer. The Adobe Creative Cloud connector collects information on your subscriptions and users, and the Browser extension can gather user activity for web-based SaaS applications from Adobe Creative Cloud. However, the user activity in locally installed applications must be gathered from the users' devices.

User activity is a prerequisite for usage metrics, subscription optimization, and insights. If you have Adobe Creative Cloud applications installed in your IT estate, you must connect to a discovery source that collects user activity in these applications.
