Column or field	Description
Account	Account status of the user in Microsoft Entra ID. This is specific to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID​ pages.
Active	The number of subscriptions for which the assigned users are active in the application. This can also show as a cost. For definitions of user activity, see User activity.
Active users	The number of users with activity in the application. For definitions of user activity, see User activity.
Application	The name of the application. This information comes from Flexera's database.
Approved	Shows if the application is marked as managed and approved for use in your organization. Applications discovered through SaaS connectors are automatically marked as approved and it cannot be changed.
Assigned	The number of subscriptions that are assigned to a user. Requires discovery through a connector or that you manually add users to the subscription. For more information, see SaaS connectors and Add users.
Billing period	How often you are billed for the subscription.
Bundle	Shows a mark if the subscription entitles to multiple applications.
Category	The software category that the application belongs to. This information is AI-generated and comes from Flexera's database. It is only visible if the information exists in Flexera's database.
Cost per unit	The cost per unit of the subscription metric.
Country	The country that the consolidated users in your organization belong to.
Department	The department that the consolidated users in your organization belong to.
Description	A description of the application. This information is AI-generated and comes from Flexera's database. It is only visible if the information exists in Flexera's database.
Discovery date	The first time a user, subscription, or application was detected in a discovery source.
Discovery source	The discovery source where the item is discovered, for example, one of your SaaS connectors. Manually added subscriptions show as Manually added. For more information, see Discovery sources.
Discovery type	The type of discovery sources where the item is discovered. For more information on grouping of discovery sources into types, see Discovery sources.
Email address	The email address of the consolidated user. For more information on source priority during consolidation of user details, see User discovery.
Excluded	Shows if the subscription is marked to be excluded from the total calculations of usage and cost metrics.
Expiration date	The date when the subscription ends and can last be used if it is not renewed.
Family	The vendor's grouping of related services. Requires that Snow defines, collects, and presents this data to show a link to the family page.
Free	Shows if the subscription is marked as having no cost. If checked, the subscription is excluded from the total calculations of usage and cost metrics.
Inactive	The number of subscriptions for which the assigned users are inactive in the application. For definitions of user activity, see User activity.
Last active	Shows how long ago the user was last active in the application, or in any application included in the subscription. For definitions of user activity, see User activity.
Metric	The unit of measure for the subscription.
Monthly cost	The monthly purchased value for the subscription or for the subscriptions assigned to the user. The value for users is based on subscriptions with the metric user.
Monthly potential savings	The cost of the subscriptions that are unassigned, and where the assigned users are inactive or have no activity in the application. For users this value is the cost of the subscriptions where the user is inactive or has no activity in the application. For definitions of user activity, see User activity.
Name	The name of the consolidated user.
No activity	The number of subscriptions for which the assigned users have no recorded activity in the application. For definitions of user activity, see User activity.
Not monitored	The number of subscriptions for which user activity cannot be monitored for the application. This can also show as a cost. For definitions of user activity, see User activity.
Online only	Shows if the consolidated user is marked as working on a device that is not inventoried in your organization. This may be relevant for discovery sources installed locally on users' devices. For more information, see Mark as online only.
Overassigned	The number of assigned subscriptions that exceed the purchased quantity. Requires a Purchased quantity value to be correctly calculated.
Periodical cost	The subscription cost periodized for the billing period. Requires a Billing period, Cost per unit, and Purchased quanitity to be correctly calculated.
Primary owner	The person responsible for managing this application in your organization.
Privacy policy	Link to the vendor's privacy policy. It is only visible if the information exists in Flexera's database.
Purchased	The number of purchased subscription units of the subscription metric, also called Purchased quantity. This value is either the discovered quantity coming through the connector that can change dynamically, or a set custom quantity. A custom quantity overrides any changes to the discovered quantity from connector data imports.
Purchase date	The date when the subscription was purchased.
Purchased quantity	The number of purchased subscription units of the subscription metric, also called Purchased. This is either the discovered quantity coming through the connector that can change dynamically, or a set custom quantity. A custom quantity overrides any changes to the discovered quantity from connector data imports.
Qualified	Shows if the consolidated user is included in the usage metrics for your Snow SaaS Management license. Exclusion is applicable to service accounts or similar, that do not have subscriptions assigned to them, or do not represent a person. This marking does not affect any indicators, charts, tables, or insights. For more information, see Mark as qualified.
Recommended price	The vendor's recommended price for the subscription. This value comes from Flexera's database.
Review	Shows if the consolidated user is marked for review. For more information, see Mark for review.
Role	Role of the user in monday.com. This is specific to monday.com pages.
Runs	The total number of times that the user has accessed the application in the browser. Requires Agent-based browser extensions to discover and calculate this value.
Single sign-on	Shows if the application is marked as accessed with single sign-on.
Subscription	The name of the subscription. This information comes from Flexera's database for discovered subscriptions and was entered manually for manually added subscriptions.
Subscriptions (for an application)	The purchased subscription quantity for all subscription types that entitle users to the application. Subscription types marked as Free are excluded from this value.
Subscriptions (for a user)	The number of subscriptions that the consolidated user has assigned to them.
Subscription type	The unique subscription for which you have purchased a specific quantity.
Start date	The date when the subscription starts and can first be used.
Status	Shows if the consolidated user is active, inactive, or has no activity in the application or in any application included in the relevant subscription. For definitions of user activity, see User activity.
Total cost	The total cost of the subscription for its duration. Requires Start date, Expiration date, Cost per unit, and Purchased quantity to be calculated.
Total users	The number of users that have activity in the application or that are assigned a subscription that entitles users to the application.
Unassigned	The number of subscriptions that are not assigned to a user. Requires a Purchased quantity value to be correctly calculated.
Usage	The ratio of active users in assigned subscriptions to the total of active, inactive, and users with no activity, in assigned subscriptions. Subscriptions where user activity cannot be monitored in the application are excluded from the calculation of this value. For definitions of user activity, see User activity.
Username	The username of the consolidated user.
Utilization	The ratio of assigned subscriptions to the total quantity of purchased subscriptions. Requires Purchased quantity and Assigned values to be correctly calculated.
Vendor	The vendor from which you have applications and subscriptions.
Website	Link to the vendor's website. It is only visible if the information exists in Flexera's database.
