Manage notifications and files

Learn how to manage your notifications, and files exported from tables in Snow SaaS Management.

Delete all notifications​

You can delete all notifications at any time, otherwise notifications are automatically deleted after 30 days.

  1. From Notifications in the menu, select See all.

  2. On the Notifications tab, select Delete all.

Download exported files​

When you or another user in your organization exports data from a table in Snow SaaS Management, the files created are available to download in My files.

  1. From Notifications in the menu, select See all.

  2. On the My files tab, select the files that you want to download.

  3. From the Actions menu, select Download.

tip

If you want to download a file recently exported from a table in SaaS, from Notifications in the menu, select My files. To download a file, select the row that shows that file. You can download files that show the download icon.

Delete exported files​

Exported files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

File storage is limited to 2 GB for each user. When your storage is full, you can no longer export data. It is recommended that you delete files that you no longer require to create space.

  1. From Notifications in the menu, select See All.

  2. On the My files tab, select the files that you want to delete.

  3. From the Actions menu, select Delete.
