Notifications and files
In Notifications and files you can find the notifications that you have received, and the files that have been exported from tables in Snow SaaS Management or from Audit log in your Snow Atlas system.
On the two tabs, Notifications and My files, you can find and manage your notifications, and files exported from tables in SaaS or from Audit log, that are stored in Snow Atlas.
Notifications
You can view all the notifications that you have received over the last 30 days. When a notification is more than 30 days old, it is automatically deleted.
My files
You can only view files that have been exported from tables in Snow Atlas:
- If your organization is entitled to use Snow SaaS Management and you have the Administrator role, you can view files that have been exported from tables in SaaS.
- If you have the Administrator role or the permissions required to see exported files, you can view files that have been exported from Audit log. For information on the permissions required, see Audit log.
When you export data from a table in SaaS or from Audit log, you can download exported files from My files. Files older than 30 days are automatically deleted.
Status indicates which files are available to download. After you have downloaded a file, the status shows Downloaded, and the file remains available to download until deletion.
Status | Description |
---|---|
(Progress bar) | The file export is in progress, which is indicated with a progress bar. The file is unavailable for download. |
New | The export is complete, and the file is available for download. This status appears until you have downloaded the file. |
Downloaded | The file is available for download until it is automatically deleted after 30 days, or you choose to delete the file. |
Error | The export failed, and the file is unavailable for download. |
File storage is limited to 2 GB for each user. When your storage is full, you can no longer export data. It is recommended that you delete files that you no longer require to create space.
