Risk Monitor : Removing option "Provide Feedback"
Removed the Provide Feedback button and the Submit feedback page, and removed the underlying APIs on Risk Monitor.

Risk Monitor: User Administration
Risk Monitor now allows users to manage user lists directly through the UI, eliminating the need to raise support tickets for basic user administration.

  • Add/Remove Users: Users can quickly add or remove users through the interface, streamlining the management of the user list and improving efficiency.

Single file output

  • The output zip file for an alert now contains a single data file. This changes the previous behaviour where the data inside the zip file was split between multiple files.

  • The software version number can now be added as a data field in an alert

Vulnerability detection

  • Risk Monitor now displays any vulnerabilities for Windows Server 2012 correctly

  • For some installations of the Oracle Java JRE, the update number is not identified by software recognition. This update corrects the vulnerability detection for these installations.

  • Risk Monitor now shows recommendations for Microsoft Windows Server, including the recommended build number to upgrade to.

Reports

  • When you use the drill through functionality in the Applications report, the table you see is now correct.

  • The Vulnerability Explorer report now shows data and works as expected.

Vulnerability detection

  • Risk Monitor now shows vulnerabilities in the Java JRE.

  • Risk Monitor now correctly identifies the patch level of volume licensed Microsoft Office installations. This removes the false positives that were previously displayed. (04618305)

Microsoft 365 editions of Office were unaffected by this issue and will continue to be processed as normal.

  • The process for calculating vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows operating systems has been rewritten to give greater accuracy.

To capture the Windows Update history and get the best accuracy, deployment of PowerShell scripts together with the Snow Inventory Agent is required.

Alerts

  • When you create an alert, you now have an option to filter data based on the value of a specified tag. This allows you to create alerts that target only a specified tag.
